the dum dum

Joshua was given a dum dum by the waitress at a local restaurant. We let him have it thinking he would just like to hold it, but that he wouldn't eat it. After all, he won't put any other food in his mouth. When we stopped to fill the gas tank, I heard a noise and turned around to see this....
