it's official!

We had our court date on Wednesday, November 19th to finalize Joshua's adoption. We answered the judge's questions, she signed the papers, and we snapped some pictures. Joshua slept through the hearing, but woke up ready to eat while we were trying to take pictures. The photo here is the traditional shot with the judge.

Afterwards, we had a celebration at our home with friends. The house was packed with our friends (and their kids!), and we had a great time. God has blessed us not only with a wonderful son, but awesome friends. He is good!
